Joe and his crew arrived exactly when they said they would. He took photos and showed me the damage before agreeing on a price. They cleaned the area and repaired the damage in a matter of hours. So close to Christmas I really appreciated getting the job done as it was only a matter of time before rain would have made it a lot worse. Would definitely recommend.

It was so hard to get a Roofer to do a small job like this but thankfully this company sees the value in looking after the small jobs too. Joe was most courteous, as were the men who work for him. They found the leak quickly and made sure my roof was watertight. The ridge tiles were cleaned and cemented in. The result was excellent, making the ridge tiles look brand new. Unfortunately, it rained hard shortly afterwards and some of the cement washed away. After speaking to Joe and sending some photos, he sent the lads back to touch up the cement between the ridge tiles. I felt that this was not done with the same care and spoke to Joe. He sent the lads back and they completed the job to my satisfaction. The reason I gave 4 stars for "value for money" was because I provided the replacement roof tiles and thought the cost could have been a little less. However, the replacement roof tiles and surrounding skylights were all done expertly. The 4 stars for the "Quality" was because I felt the lads had rushed the repair job after the rain, which was no fault of Joe. I found Joe immensely helpful.
