Fast, efficient and excellent customer service, from the office staff through to Lorcan's team. Within two days of an enquiry we had a new boiler installed and working during the coldest snap of the year so far. We had an issue following installation (not with the new boiler) that Lorcan came immediately to rectify. I think this is the measure of a good business; when there's an issue - how quickly they deal with it and DBS responded immediately with a promise that they are available at any time for follow-ups. Communication throughout was top notch. Delighted to recommend with no hesitation.
