“Very bad experience”
Nothing was finished. Paving is uneven. Planting unfinished. Fencing not erected. Excess paving left. After a year of being repeatedly fobbed off and let down I had to pay someone to erect fencing and I am still owed a tree. The paving is rough and uneven, was never sanded or compacted into place. I paid in full for job.
“Poor service and workmanship”
Did job, got paid in full- substandard work - eventually returned 6 months later ( covid excuse) relaid one area and promised to return - no show since. Complete and utter disaster. Very poor service. New paving marked by striking with metal mallet. Area completely uneven and mismatched. Fails to turn up when due. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL RIPPED OFF. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Hi frank, It was discussed that you got garden done before me, I'd advised there was movement underneath which you were happy to proceed,I'd advised you to re lift cobble which you were not happy to do, you were standing over us which we felt was unsettling, you followed us to another garden which I found this a bit disturbing, you don't mention all the extras that we done for you no extra charge plus removal of trees which was brought to your daughter s house, I find your comments not exceptable, we were in lockdown so I find it bizarre with your comments
“Would not recommend to anyone.”
Gary didn't listen to one thing we asked got wrong stones for patio, didn't turn up when he said he would, smashed some of the stones, patio crooked, said he would come back to fix and we haven't heard from him since. Total cowboy , we would have done a better job ourselves. Wouldn't trust anyone again after this chancer. stay well clear.

Hi Richard Disappointed to here this we got you the correct paving slab you hadn't enough money to put inntergrate paving you had dog poo system in the middle of garden, I did explain to you with lock down and were clearing back log

Gary is thoughtful and kind and was respectful and very careful during these strange Covid times. He arrived to quite us promptly, listened to what we wanted, gave his recommendation and rang back with his quote. He began work when he said he would and did not leave until finished. He and Niall were clean and tidy and left everything spotless and we were very pleased and recommend him to a friend where he is starting another job next week. He is calling back to us for ons small thing and has kept in touch snd I know he will.
