Very satisfying experience from initial contact with the sales manager Ian, very informative regarding product information, having received a number of quotes I decided to go with Prestige Energy windows, my decision was based on quality, my budget and a good sales pitch, the fact that it's a local family run business was a bonus, this was not my cheapest quote, however it ticked all the boxes that i was looking for, honestly cannot give them 100% as they have just been fitted, time will tell but I have been left in no doubt that these guys will show up if I have any issues. Nice bunch of lads, fitting was prompt and they cleaned up very well. Well done, to everyone involved from start to finish.

Really disappointed with the service we received regarding our windows and door. The job started on the 18th of August and was only completed 7th of October. They had to come back numerous time to fix problems they caused and didn't complete job in the promised time frame. Also, there staff are very condescending. Would not recommend!

As you know, the few problems incurred were not of our making but due to typical manufacturing hiccups. We always replied to any of your concerns immediately and obviously, this would have caused the delay in the promised time frame, which you were financially compensated for. Our team always acts professionally and courteously to our customers. We would like to wish you many years of enjoyment in the exceptional job that was installed in your home.

Very good pre and post sale service. Delivered and fitted on promised dates. Plenty of info on options available for full change windows and doors but no hard sell. I would recommend Ian and his team.
