“Tap replacement”
Tap replacement for kitchen and bathroom sink. Qoute was quite cheap but at the end charge me for 1.5 time of qouted price. The overall experience was quite stressful as they won't install one of the tap we wanted even we sent product details in advance as the tap was incompatible. We had to refund and buy tap that was compatible.

I told you quite frankly that I would not install the tap that you had purchased, you asked me to install another so I did that? How is this my fault. I chose to not install the one you had bought so you asked me to do another so I did

I got a broken tap, the cold one did not work, he came to my house and told me that it needed to be changed (I already know it, it is just I do not know how to do it by myself) he came with one new, replaced it and now it works perfectly.

Requested plumber to fix a leak. He supposedly had to replace lots of valves He claimed that all were fixed except one and he had turned water off until he returned in morning to fix remaining joint In fact he left the water on and never returned and blocked my calls Caused huge damage not just to my apartment but one underneath He was paid because he needed to buy parts Explain to me how that differs from a con artist Never use this site

How did you start your business?
I started the company a couple of years ago after I served my apprenticeship under a plumbing and heating company.
What makes your services standout?
With experience working on heating systems, general domestic plumbing, commercial plumbing we have experience working and dealing with all sorts of clients and customers in in the industry!
What is your top advice for your customers?
Always ensure you are dealing with a proper tradesman who has served his time and passed his exams to become a qualified plumber, there are plenty of cowboys out there!
